Photoshop CS2 all they way.
I used a snapshot of myself to get the pose somewhat right bu t in the end it turned out quite differently.

Truly is gorgeous , but the right hand seems much wider then the left like there is no wrist just arm if you understand. But I oh so love the armor! :D
