I really love this! The slightly grainy, rustic texture, added to the subtle and delicate details in her hair, the fairy and the background make it a really gorgeous piece. One thing though - where's her hand?
I like your picture a lot!! it's something that's make it's intresting to look at..a feeling i get when i look at it..very fairy and that little fairy is really cute well i like the way the light is on it also very god job!
Fantastic background it's very primeval and moody. The elf (?) girl has a lovely profile, hair and skin tone. The color palette of the piece at large is splendid. However, the way her shoulder and arm flow into her breasts looks off. She's leaning back, I can tell, but the breast still looks too far "back" nonetheless. Also the jut of her rib cage could use a little refining, in my opinion, but that is perhaps a side-effect of that which I mentioned a moment ago.
I don't think it is too sweet, I think is great!hehe
May I ask you something? How did you make the background to look it older? do you know what i meant?XD mmm.. sorry my english is too poor and I don't know how to said it...XDDD thanks!
This is a funny picture to me! why? Well, the TITLE!
wow, when i was 9 years old, I made up a story (with the help of my sisters) called "Fairy Forest"! and the scene you created is like when the human girl (Jessica) encounters fairies!
Now, I was deeply influenced by Disney, but I had one weird imagination. Seeing "Fairy Forest" brings back fond memories... (lol, the fairies' 10th anniversary is this Aug 31--exciting, isn't it?)
Great image. I just love the whole thing!
OMG! i cant explain how much i like that!! Its just amazing and i thank you for putting it upm on dev for everone to see! I think you will definately get somewhere in art someday!!! Definatley You might even have your own gallery. HA HA!! well this is just what i think. I'll be watching
I really like this image - the textures, the colors chosen, the poses (my favourite thing on this pic is how the fairie looks to be walking on the lady's arm )
So... no advanced critique from me, sorry
