Little update!

Nope sorry, not about the painting progress but that will follow hopefully soon.
I am in overdrive and full of energy, so stay tuned!

I started a new blog, which is not about painting, since that is what my website is for, but about fitness and health. Now that I am done with my first round of P90X I have more time since Insanity is not as time demanding as the P which leaves me soon with more time to paint.

So much energy, not enough time!
For those who want to take a peak:
It's in its infant steps but will hopefully grow at a steady pace.

EDIT: I moved the domain and blog to my own domain and updated with quite a few new posts at

I often go running 4-5 times a week for approx 20 mins and I dont know to explain it but I feel like my ideas are more fresh.
Good to know that you feel this energy I guess I cant wait till goes on the pencil :)

geez.. last thing you said before you vanished was something about you beein sick, i think that was more than 2 years ago.. you really got people worried. At least i was o_o welcome back , hopefully for a while :) i really liked your work and your tutorials were very helpful! please don't disappear again xD

I do like the blog layout and design, but what really made my day is how wonderfully well you are with this lifestyle. :hug:

As I have a few fitness related health issues my doctor is nagging me about, I copied your notes.

That's what I am trying to preach to my friends too. That diets don't work but if you decide to change your lifestyle - it will.
What kind of fitness related issues are those?

:D This may be too much information, but, here goes. For starters, I am about the age of your parents, with pain issues due to degenerating discs that manifested similarly to hunger. Since I had been skipping meals (sound familiar :D ?) I would nibble to ease the queasy feeling. Of course that only added pounds, and since I've recognized that I handle the problem differently. Way too many of those pounds, and the added arrival of bone spurs under my Achilles tendons later, I find myself trapped between medical opinions. My regular doctor wants me walking and exercising a lot as well as changing my eating habits, while the specialists who have been telling me not to exercise vigorously - due to the risk if increased damage, are being equally vociferous. :D I never did like catch 22 situations. Then there are those issues that should clear up with the weight loss, the high cholesterol, and the borderline blood pressure, which are also age related gifts from my ancestors.
